How do payments work?


I prefer to use the following apps for payment processing:

Once your appointments have been confirmed, I will send you a payment request via your preferred payment method.


Payments are due prior to your service appointments and arrangements will be discussed during your meet & greet.


what is your Cancellation Policy?

I require a 24-hour notice prior to your visit or a 25% fee or $5, whichever is greater, will be applied to your prepaid balance.  The 25% applies only to the first day, not the entire stay.  


a 48-hour notice is required during holidays.


What holidays do you charge for?

The following days I recognize and charge as holidays.  Should they fall on a weekend, the accompanying Sat/Sun is also charged at the holiday rate.

New year's eve - New Year's day - easter Sunday - mother's day* - father's day*

July 4th - labor day* - thanksgiving - black Friday - Christmas eve - Christmas day

The holiday rate only applies to the first pet, any additional pets are charged my regular rates.

* The holiday rate only applies to the "day of" on these select holidays, not the accompanying Sat/Sun.
