Meet & Greet

Service Description

This is the initial in-person meeting at your home. It's a time for your pets to meet me and become familiar with my scent so that I'm not a "stranger" when they see me next. It's a time to go over any questions you may have as well as a time for me to explain the process of each appointment and what to expect. This meeting will allow you to see how I interact with your fur family and to determine if I'm a good fit and vice versa. After all, you don't want to leave your babies with just anyone, you want to feel comfortable with whom you allow in your home and around your pets; they are an excellent judge of character you know. =) Timeframe: 20-40 minutes; based on customer needs/questions The initial Meet & Greet will be scheduled as soon as possible after our discovery phone call that discusses rates, details about your pets needs, and other factors. A deposit will be due at that time to hold your dates if planning a vacation in the future. An additional M&G will be billed and scheduled closer to your departure dates as a quick refresh for your pets. Typically a time to pick up your keys and go over any other questions. This visit will be $25 and will be added to your balance due.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact me at least 24 hours prior to your appointment or there will be a 25% cancellation fee applied. Holiday changes or cancellations require a 72-hour notice.
