Service Description

This is the initial in-person meeting at your home. It's a time for your pets to meet me and become familiar with my scent so that I'm not a "stranger" when they see me next. It's a time to go over any questions you may have as well as a time for me to explain the process of each appointment and what to expect. This meeting will allow you to see how I interact with your fur family and to determine if I'm a good fit and vice versa. After all, you don't want to leave your babies with just anyone, you want to feel comfortable with whom you allow in your home and around your pets; they are an excellent judge of character you know. =) During this meeting, KPD forms will be turned in, or completed, keys and entry codes will be exchanged, vaccination records will be reviewed, and payments may be due at this time as well. Timeframe: 20-40 minutes; based on customer needs/questions The initial Meet & Greet will be scheduled as soon as possible after our discovery phone call that discusses rates, details about your pets needs, and other factors. ** If this M&G is for a future visit/vacation, an additional M&G will be billed and scheduled closer to your departure dates as a quick refresh for your pets. This additional visit will be $25 and will be added to your balance due.

Cancellation Policy

>>Vacation & Holiday Deposits: A non-refundable 25% deposit is required to hold your spot at the time of the request, the balance is due 4 weeks before the start of your visit. Payments for all visits (weekly or vacation) are due on Sundays, there is a $5.00 Late Payment Fee if received after that. >>Cancellation Policy for Regular/Weekly Visits: A 48-hour notice before your scheduled visit is required to allow me time to try and fill your appointment slot. Notices in less than 48 hours will have a $15.00 cancellation fee applied to your total prepaid balance, or account, and any overage will be applied to your next visit. *No Refunds for cancellations made 24 hours or less before your visit.* >>Cancellation Policy for Boarding/Vacation Visits: A minimum notice of 2 weeks is required for a 75% refund. The 25% non-refundable deposit will be applied as the cancellation fee. *No Refunds for cancellations made 2 weeks or less before your visit.*
